EUGENE F. FAHABAUGH, was an attorney in the litigation department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy from 1970 to 1999, where he represented major financial institutions, universities, and a host of other for-profit and non-profit organizations in a variety of general commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on banking and employment related litigation. In July 1, 1999, Mr. Farabaugh joined Dean & Schnaufer as "of counsel" and in 2002 he joined Schnaufer & Metis, LLP in the same capacity. Mr. Farabaugh also serves as a public arbitrator at the National Association of Securities Dealers. He received his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law, 1970 and his B.A. from Syracuse University in 1963 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section, Federal and Commercial Litigation Section and its Employment Law Committee.
